Ticket Images: Photos you upload are processed to extract text and analyze defenses. Images are processed in-memory and not permanently stored on our servers.
Location Information: City and state you provide to research local regulations. This is used only for defense analysis.
Usage Analytics: Anonymous, aggregated data about how the service is used (page views, feature usage). This cannot identify individual users.

Third-Party Services
We use the following services to provide TicketFight:
Claude AI (Anthropic): For image analysis and defense research. Your ticket image is sent to Anthropic's API for processing.
Vercel: Web hosting provider
Railway: Backend API hosting
These services have their own privacy policies. Anthropic's AI processing is subject to their privacy policy.
Data Retention
Ticket images are processed in real-time and not stored on our servers. Generated analysis and letters are only kept in your browser session and are lost when you close the page or refresh.

Close your browser to clear all session data

Children's Privacy
TicketFight is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
